[TenTec] Triton IV Bail?

Y'all:  I recently acquired a Triton IV (544).  It does not have the bail for
tilting the front of the radio up ala most of the Ten Tec rigs.  I have
received conflicting information as to whether the radio came with this
bail or not.  Can some of you Triton IV owners set me straight on this?
