If you are talking about in SSB mode, in theory it cannot be wrong,
because all of the oscillators in use for TX are the same and have the
same logical commands applied to them when in RX mode. On the other
hand, when in CW mode the BFO is switched between 9.000000 MHz for
receive (same as LSB receive BFO Frequency) and 9.000400 MHz for
transmit, and the VFO gets different numbers loaded into it, depending
on the sidetone setting you have selected. The most likely cause of a
discrepancy between TX and RX frequency would be misalignment of the
trimmers in the BFO, which is on the TX AUDIO BOARD.
