Take a look at xLOG, its available as RPM or DEB, worst case you can
compile it from source. Has hamlib support as well as a built-in CW
contest keyer with user programmable macros. IIRC it also has dupe
checking and it will generate a cabrillo file.
Also you might look at either TLF or xTLF. TLF is a console mode contest
app with some really great features for CW. xTLF is a Perl app and is
a little sluggish, but works well. Both of these were written by Rein
PA0R a dyed-in-the-wool CW contester. He is quick to respond to
questions and problems and there are email lists for both. BTW both
support the Orion with hamlib, as Rein uses a Orion I. HTH
