Thanks to the encouragement, example of help of Harry, WA8HC, I'm now
having a blast on RTTY. This weekend, despite the worst propagation
since the "big bang" five billion years ago, I was able to work at least
a dozen 20 meter DX stations and a few more on 40 with my Pegasus and
low dipoles. As Harry says, the Pegasus was MADE for digital modes.
So -- I'm wondering how many more Ten Tec digital-heads there are? I know our own Don Cunningham's another, but who else. It'd be fun to get together on th air and "pass notes". Oh -- and besides RTTY, what other digital modes do you enjoy? 73, Craig 'W3CRR |
