Horn antennas work over a very broad bandwidth. The low frequency cutoff depends on the physical dimensions. Bigger horns go to lower frequencies. Sort of like a discone antenna.Wouldn't the microwave feed horn act more as aband-pass fileter than as a high-pass filter? DE N6KB |
