Well, at least with the Astron stuff the specs are the specs and the model number is the model number. The model number is sort of related to the specs. But look at some of the antenna tuners which have specifications, in writing, of 1500 watts. Most of these would only handle 1500 watts if the SWR was already so low that you didn't need a tuner anyway.Read the specs on your Astron. An Astron 20 is NOT rated 20 amps continuous, but an Astron 35 is. Isn't marketing wonderful? DE N6KB |
