UPS balks at such here, but I have had them accept -one- package from
me under these terms. What they do offer is COD, but the shipper must
pay all the shipping charges in advance, and then they get a refund
when the receiver picks up the package. This can hold your money up
for as long as a month. On light items, of course this is the way to
go. On heavy items, if the receiver changes his mind, you could be
stuck with a few hundred dollars in shipping charges! And I think
(I may be wrong) that they only offer collect on overnight packages,
the MOST expensive way to ship!
