I have an extra one (should say my 94 y.o. dad has/had an extra one for his 
Delta - he's now to the point mentally that unfortunately I'm not sure he'd 
even be able to figure out how to turn it on). P/N is T11-2-20.0A-01-10A-V. 
Date code is 9551.

BTW when I get one of those "round tuit" things I'll post more of dad's stuff 
on the reflector.
