[TenTec] usb to serial

I have used the IOGEAR GUC232A for almost a year now and it works fine with
my OMNI VI+.  It is available from West Mountain and the directions should
be followed when installing the drivers, etc.  I have used it with both a
Windows 98se and XP operating system and it works on either.
