I have several choices of antennae depending how long we are going to stay at a
location and how tolerant the park is. CC&Rs at motor home parks!!!!

This will be shocker, but the Yaesu 857D, has been an easy rig to carry
around from place to place - I've run it from car batteries and also power
supplies. It covers from 160 to VHF, is so small, up to 100 watts, built in
keyer, and the power output can be set to your heart's desire, etc., etc.
Add a nice LDG tuner and it will all fit into a typical napsack or attaché
case. For the "farm house" it could be hidden easily.
