I think it's more like...
The owner of Alpha Amplifiers bought Ten-Tec.
RKR then acquired the assets of both companies.
RKR began liquidating both companies.
Mike Dishop of Dishtronix bought what was left of Ten-Tec as of January 1,
and has started putting the company back in operation ever since.
Dishop and two partners have now purchased what was left of Alpha, effective
June 1.
Who is driving the bus? Mike Dishop.
What does this all do for Ten-Tec? We shall see, but I don't think anything
bad.

Maybe I missed the post, but there appears to be a collaborated effort
going on with several of the companies sharing the booth at least from a
support perspective. I have been a Ten Tec fan for years and owned many
of their products. A little over a year ago I bought the 8410 when it
was RF Concepts. I also love my Titan 425 after just replacing the
transformer and other parts. It works fantastic and has a permanent
place in my shack.
I wish them nothing but the best as they move forward.
