I thought I scanned the 961 and the 962, but I couldn't find the either.
I owned both at the same time years ago and as someone pointed out here
recently, the difference was in the polarity being regulated - but I can't
remember which one was which.
There really never was a manual. Just a couple of loose pages.
Hopefully someone reading this will have the schematics of either or both
and scan them now and distribute.

Subject: Re: [TenTec] 962 Power Supply Schematic/Manual
Trouble is Tentec doesn't admit there is a manual for that supply on
line. They do admit the power supply exists in other manuals like that
for the Paragon II and Omni VI. The other typical on line sources of
manuals don't have one, not even for a price. The 960 is linear, the 963
is definitely switching, I can't tell for the 962. The majority of
google hits came up for sellers of the Paragon II or Omni VI with 962 PS
and manual over the past decade. One discussion on a forum like this
revolved around the diode bridge that had ratings like that for a linear
supply and 6 years ago someone had a scanned manual and schematic.
