[TenTec] Omni 6 / 563 Frequency Display

I recently borrowed a friend's Omni 6 (Model 563) recently and the receive
and transmit frequencies are not netted (they're about 430 Hz apart).  Can
someone explain how to 'net' the TX/RX (other than via the RIT/XIT)?
