Subject: [TenTec] Omni VI Trouble Shooting Question
Thanks Don (N5AQ); I did a search of the archives
and did not find a situation that would be close
to my issue. When this rig loss leds and control
function this morning, it had not been in use except
it was turned on while I was checking a DX Cluster
spot on the Internet. I heard this steady tone from
the rig and then looked over to the ham desk to see
the situation that I described. This happened several
weeks ago and like then, I turned off the rig and
then turned it back on and all was well. The previous
occurance was on June 11th and in that case I had
to turn it off twice before I got it back to "normal".
The past two occurences were when the rig was set
to 30 meters, but I was not transmitting at the time.
Never a dull moment!!Hi Hi Thanks Don.
