Well, I see that Top Ten offer a thing they call a BDO (Band Decoder Orion).
Beats me what they're decoding. Band data from Orion is not encoded in the
first place. If it needs anything it's only buffering, depending on how
much current whatever you're switching will sink. Of course the BDO might
contain an encoder to convert Orion band outputs to BCD but I doubt it.
After all, if that's what it did wouldn't it be a BDE (Band Data Encoder)
rather than a BDO.
