Stuart wrote something about having electrolytics (or simply 'lytics) in the "audio chain" regarding audio hiss. This is not the answer to eliminate audio hiss. There is a rc network placed across two audio ic pins to rid of this. I do not recall specifics. Info on this is available on lot of websites.
