Subject: [TenTec] Filters
I finally got around to doing a sweep of the filters on the PBT board in my
Omni VI using the Midnight SNA. I think I see why the signal level shown on
the S-meter increases when I switch from 2.4 Khz to 1.8 Khz.
The 2.4 Khz filter has like 9 to 10 db more loss than the 1.8 Khz or 500 Hz
filters. The extra 1.8 Khz and 500 Hz filters I have all measured roughly
the same. I don't have another 2.4 Khz filter to compare to.
Guess I need to find another one.
