[Trlog] Callsign Window Contents

Alas, I misfiled the previous response(s) to this question.

If I enter a partial call in the callsign window without a number, TR won't 
advance when I press the Enter key.

What code(s) can I assign to an F key or Macro that will send the partial 
call (whatever is entered) along with a question mark ("?") if desire?
