They go in logcfg.dat
RADIO ONE TYPE = TS850
RADIO ONE CONTROL PORT = SERIAL 1
You don't need any other commands for TS-850 control. TR's default
baud rate is 4800, which matches the 850.
Also, I have noticed when setting up a contest, TR

If you don't have a logcfg.dat file, TR will ask you questions to
make one. If logcfg.dat is found, the questions are not asked.
