Then that brings to a question I should have asked. 1. How do we handle the 2 that got the same QSO# in my example: a. Can I give them both the same number in the submittal (Cabrillo format, or any other) b. Do I mark K7RAT with 0 points because he should have gotten #419 b1. Cabrillo doesn't support this (I think) so need to submit in ARRL format c. I delete K7RAT and he gets a missed Q and penalties. d.
