I am not an expert in this, I still have my PC speaker being used for TR.
Wish I could get motivated to change that, but I don't simulate much (don't
operate much either), and use radio sidetone during operations. Anyway, the
sound card needs to be hooked to the PC speaker port and the PC speaker
needs to be turned on (not muted) in the volume settings. For Sound
Blaster, the volume settings come up when you double click the speaker in
the tray. Remember under OPTIONS/PROPERTIES you can switch between Playback
and Recording for the display to change the settings.
