Our home in Marietta is for sale and it has a radio room with 220 for your
amp, a work bench for your rig(s) and antenna connectors(2) going to the
outside. There is also a 2m/440 aluminum J-Pole in the attic with coax
running down to the shack.
I had wire antennas and verticals in the wooded area at the back of the
house and a crank-up tower attached to the two-story deck. The antennas
and tower are gone, but yours can take their place. The neighborhood does
have covenents concerning antennas, but no one ever said anything about
mine. The yearly dues are only $75 so they really don't have a lot of
money to go after anyone. As long as you don't go crazy and run loads of
power into garbage antennas and cause interference, no one would bother you.
It's is basically move-in ready--just add your furniture. It comes with a
fridge, washer/dryer, range/oven and dishwasher.
Large garage with the shack closed in on 1/2 of one side plus a large work
area at the back of the other side.
Here is the Craigslist add for the home. Price is negotiable.
