Comments:
First time running this very interesting contest.  They used NA Sprint 
exchange format except no serial #.  27 minutes on 40m and 26 minutes on 
80m.  SO1R only.  Power output depended on type antenna used, number of 
elements and height.  100W highest and 15W lowest.  Taking out SO2R and 
using power restrictions based on antenna type and height made it a fairly 
level playing field.
