Remember: I will register at least one team for SECC. If you are
interested, send me an e-mail. You need not be a member of SECC or in
any particular geographical location to be on a team. 73, John, K4BAI.
Greetings Diddlers!
This Saturday is the NAQP RTTY, so if you need some personal time with
your station and logger in the RTTY mode, we have just the thing: NS
RTTY. Yes, we do use the Sprint format, but think of it this way: we
remind you how to tune around and find stations to work. No point and
click, this is real boy and his radio (or two) operating. Sort of like
the old days but you don?t have to send by hand! Join us for a few
minutes and make sure everything is ready to go before the weekend.
Here are the details:
Friday, 26 Feb 2016, 0145Z - 0215Z (Thursday 25 Feb 2016 in NA)
-- 1745 - 1815 PST
-- 2045 - 2115 EST
-- (others in-between those two)
-- 160: 1805 and up
-- 80/40/20/15 +80kHz up from the band edge
-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules.
-- 100W power limit.
Please visit http://www.ncccsprint.com/rttyns.html for complete rules
andlinks to other info. If you find any problems with the web pages, please
let me know so we can get them fixed.
Report scores to 3830scores.com, and join us at 0300Z on 3610 kHz
for comments and questions (and dinner menus).
Diddle diddle,
Ken K6MR
