[SECC] Top Band Dinner in Dayton Announced

I will be attending this dinner as it is in the Crowne Plaza where I 
will be staying and where the contest suites are located. I have been 
attending the DX Dinner and will be sorry to miss it this year, but I 
don't want to go outside the hotel (I won't have a rental car).  Hope 
some of you will join me.  I known that N4PN often attends it.  73,
