[SECC] [SEDXC] small paddle for portable use

The N9LF small paddle is, in my opinion, a piece of junk.  I bought one 
at Dayton one year and it never worked.  It is made from a paper clip. 
I think KU8E had slightly more success with his, but not much.  73,
