There have now been 8 votes cast for April. As 5 members are needed to
call a question, I move that April be designated as GQP, and 48 hours
allotted for NEGATIVE votes to the SECC reflector. Voting will
therefore end at 2359 EST on the 19th.

Need a second.

Unless one of the "big wigs" wants to do it, I'll keep count of the
negative votes.
