[SECC] GA mult

I also had a lot of people say I was their first mult and that they had
been looking for Ga the whole contest.  I think this was mainly those
guys who were doing S&P.  W4AQL was over 1000 QSOs and was CQing a lot.
Of course, I did a lot of CQing myself.  Boy do I need a DVK for
contests like this one.  73, John.
