Here's what's new.

   1.  Updated for 1 point/100 km, and maximum 40.

   2.  A valid 6-character locator is required from the user.

   3.  For all locators, user errors caused by confusing the letter I 
with number 1, and the letter O with zero are corrected on the fly.
If you don't receive a full 6-character locator, enter 0 (zero)
