with QRP (10w) and LP (100w) sections - no HP.

Work everyone. Exchange Serial + Name.
It's easiest to enter these as a single field.
For example, SD expands 3FRED to 003 FRED.
You must QSY at least 2 kHz after a QSO where
another station called you. Permitted frequencies
are 3600-3650 and 3700-3775.
