As the all-time Top of the Honor Roll DX'er, W1GKK said, "The secret
to DXing is to be there when they're there".
For those who don't know of him, W1GKK had worked every country on the
DXCC list including all the deleted ones. something no one else has
accomplished or ever will accomplish, since the deleted ones can no
longer be worked.
I don't know if he is still active, so he may not have worked any of
the recently added ones, but his record of 100% of all the deleted
ones plus all the active ones at the time is unique so far. It is
possible, but unlikely, that someone might submit some QSLs from
deleted countries and equal his feat, but so far no one has to the
best of my knowledge.
Be there when they're there.
