Don, perhaps you are interested also in the SWL side for your survey. Here following my answers. 1. No. The ARRL awards are not available to SWLs. 2. Very few. I do prefer a paper QSL. 3. Yes. 4. Yes. 5. LOTW: not applicable eQSL: too few to be useful for the survey ARI Bureau: 1%. I re-joined the ISWL from 1 year and I hope that the percentage will increase Direct: 85%. I am very surprised to see so low numbers for direct QSLs in the others messages.
