I had one that I bought from the used equipment shelf at AES in Milwaukee. It was marked low tones on the back... But when I got it home and fired it up, it was actually on high tones.

Can't remember but very highly doubt that it would be worth the effort.
The Hal guys could no doubt tell you but why not use use Low-Tones as
many are doing that these days with AFSK and other rigs.

Have to change out a lot of cap's would be my guess to change the filters.
