Anthony,
If you're an MMTTY / N1MM Logger user, there is a How-To Video on the
subject here:

Subject: [RTTY] WAE DC RTTY
I have a question regarding QTC traffic for the WAE RTTY. How and where do
you log the QTC traffic if someone decides to send QTC data? I never dealt
with QTC's before.
Thanks.
13 Special Rules for RTTY
In the RTTY portion of the WAEDC there are no continental limits; everybody
can work everybody. Only QTC traffic must be performed between different
continents.
Every station may send and receive QTCs. The sum of QTCs exchanged between
two stations (sent plus received) must not exceed 10 (ten).
The European and non-European multipliers indicated in §6 count for all
stations.
Regards,
Anthony J. Cioffi (N2KI)
