Hi John,
I received cards from UA6JR via the buro approximately 18 months after sending
green stamps via direct. It appears that the $$ didn't make it to the QSL
manager.
Just before getting the cards via the buro, I tried again direct but used IRCs
and got a direct reply and a second set of cards in about a month.

and have seen the last of 6 dollars so far with no reply.
