I was afraid VIC and WB would not count. Now if I could ever get UN and
ITU to QSL my cards, I could have two more countries.

Jim is of course correct.
As for PSK and RTTY.
For DXCC purposes, PSK and the other flavors digital all count for the
same RTTY.
But I believe that CQ Awards are now separating RTTY and the other Digital
Modes into
separate categories.
You may wish to check a CQ website for various details
