Pierre raised what I thought was a good question, but I see that the rules
state that you CAN submit your XXX.ALL and XXX.SUM files instead.
Is this correct, or am I missing something here? I got the rules from the
"New RTTY Journal" web site, so I assume this is the latest version of
rules.
It is contained in Section XII, 3d.
Anyone disagree??
