Hi.
Where do I turn the warc bands on
The only band which is open here in Iceland is the 20 meter band. My s meter
is on 0 on all other bands
Where is the switch to turn on the probagation?!!!

In a word NO.
Next weekend there will be a RTTY contest and the CW folks will have the
same complaint.
If the Major contest on a given weekend is not your preferred mode, try
another band (like the WARC Bands).
It's one of the reasons that they were declared "Off Limits" for contesting.
It is unlikely that Amateur Radio is going to get more Spectrum to use, so
we all need to learn to use what we have to the best of our ability. If we
are seen to be constantly "fighting" over the spectrum, then we stand a good
chance of loosing it for Commercial use. None of us want that!
It is indeed fortunate that the Contests are only on the weekends.
