Sounds about right. I got #1009, dated 27 June 2000.
I also have a 15M DXCC, all on RTTY, dated 28 March 2001, and I've
never gotten a DXCC yearbook.

I got mine in March 1996 and it's numbered 722 so perhaps they average
about 70 of them a year. Doesn't seem like a lot. Does it?
