Help this novice understand the rules... Under SINGLE OPERATOR classification: On one hand: i. One person performs all transmitting, receiving, spotting and logging functions as well as equipment and antenna adjustments. (note SPOTTING) This sounds like spotting IS allowed. But on the other hand: ii. Use of helpers or spotting nets is not permitted. This sounds like "spotting" is not permitted. Anyone clarify for me pse? Thanks! 73 - John |
