You must understand that they are not regular rtty ops and only
agreed to operate on that mode after the announcement of the
expedition and after the requests they received (I was one that
sent them an E-mail asking to operate rtty). So instead
criticize you must say thanks to have 3C0 active on that mode.
About the shift on their transmitting frequency I remember VP8THU
and VP8GEO (operated by very experiented rtty ops) had the
same problem, but I don't remember so many complains !!!!!
