If I understand your email below, my comment is that soliciting information
about the exchange after the contest is over is clearly outside the rules.
But, announcing your second radio frequency during the contest, real-time,
is no different than moving stations to another band and this is done in all
contests. There's never been any question of rules violation. However,
exchanging information with other operators, during the contest, about where
certain other stations are operating is generally considered on the edge, if
not outside the rules. Most serious contesters avoid this completely.
