[RFI] unknown signal

I hear it also at 28.635.  Signal peaks to the Northwest from me in 
Twin Cities of Minnesota.  Did somebody come out with a new gadget? 
It's a very strong signal peaking at around S8.  It sounds and acts 
like a local. Perhaps a computer.
