[RFI] 7.051 TONES

I'm tuned to 7.051000 MHz in CW using the Icom 7300.  Every 1 to 2 or so
minutes (haven't timed the rep rate), I hear tones starting high and
stepping lower.  They are not terribly strong at my QTH in northern
Colorado, but are on both antennas, one vertical and the other horizontal
with no preference for either one.

Anyone else hearing them?
