[RFI] Another "noise"

I just made a .WAV recording, through Spectran, of another very specific 
noise I have been experiencing. I also took a screen capture .JPG of it.

I am very curious if anyone might recognize this stuff, and would send 
these files to anyone who might have an idea what it might be.
