Look for a "sheet warmer, bed warmer" wall wart ps in one of the
suspect homes. Had a neighbor whose sheet warmer was destroying ten
meters.
Guy wouldn't do a thing until I called local power company.
The utility guy and I chatted, he told the neighbor the ps could crap
out and cause a house fire.
Suddenly problem was solved.
