SOLAR FLARES  : Eruptive (C-class flares expected, probability >= 50%)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet
PREDICTIONS FOR 29 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 100 / AP: 024
PREDICTIONS FOR 30 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 097 / AP: 017

COMMENT: More than a dozen C-class flares occurred in the last 24 hours. 
Most
of them are coming from NOAA AR 713, which will cross the Western limb 
today.
However, the new active region NOAA AR 715 at the Eastern limb is already 
taking
over the show. Meanwhile, a persistent Southward pointing of the 
interplanetary
magnetic field induces mildly disturbed geomagnetic conditions (K=4).
