i'm just doing a normal ping -t in windows( 32 bytes). i open up 6 or so
screens to ping different rg-1000s and they all go up at the same time. the
main problem is that this wreaks havoc on vpns and drops them many times.
there are a few stations with > 10% retransmits. usually i cant fix these by
lowering the speed on the clients side and have most now have < 10%
retransmits. I have been doing my best to drop the noise floor, but i am in
vegas where there is just a lot of noise, especially towards the strip.
changing most of the antennas to horizontal polarization has helped. it only
really seems to occur to base stations > 20 clients in high noise areas.
is there any way to monitor the cpu/memory of the ap-1000s to see if there is
excessive cpu usage or anything during these times?
thanks
cj
