[Karlnet] Re:Attention to the Karlnet Big Wigs

All,

I am dealing with the license upgrade issue for a RG-1000 myself.  Seems 
that CTI and Karlnet are not getting along at all.  I sent a request to 
upgrade from a 1 user to a 5 user license on one already assigned 
license and have yet to hear back.

On the other hand, CTI was able to upgrade my unused 1 user RG-1000 
licenses to 5 user with no problems....
