I am erasing all the files listed on the Karlnet paperwork to reinstall the proper drivers for NDIS TC. After restarting, the add hardware wizard doesn't come up so I open device manager and there is Orinoco 5 volt card with a death symbol over it. Go to properties and drivers. The only file listed is C:\windows\system\ndis.vxd with a sub folder of wluc48. How do you edit this file out without creating other problems? I think if I can get rid of it I will be good to go.
